7. Online Booking via Calendly

For online appointment booking we use the service Calendly, provided by Calendly LLC, 271 17th Street NW, Atlanta, GA 30363, USA.

  • Purpose: Streamlined online booking of consultations and inspection appointments
  • Data processed: Name, email address, phone number, chosen appointment and any additional details you provide in the booking form
  • Legal basis: Your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) by actively using the booking tool
  • Transfer to the USA: Data is transmitted to Calendly servers in the USA. Protection is ensured on the basis of the EU Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) together with additional safeguards

8. Disclosure of Data to Third Parties

  • The disclosure is necessary for the fulfilment of a contract (e.g. transmission of the SiNa to the responsible grid operator)
